Before you try to transfer your domain, please ensure your WHOIS information is up to date by logging in at http://www.uk2.net/domains.shtml.
To start the transfer of the .uk domain name from UK2.net to 123-reg.co.uk, you will need to visit http://amail.co.uk/moveaway.htm.
Enter the domain name that you want to move, then the password, and click the ‘Update Now’ button.
Scroll down until you see the box ‘Enter Nominet TAG’. In this box, type in ‘123-REG’. Then click the ‘Update Now’ button.
Complete the form with your password. As you are logged in, most of the boxes should already be filled in.
Click the ‘Payment Details’ button. Type in your card details, then click the ‘Continue’ button.
Next you will need to order the domain transfer in your 123-reg control panel.
Within 48 hours, UK2 should have changed the IPS tag.
For non .uk domains
Start at http://www.uk2.net
Before you try to transfer your domain please ensure that your WHOIS information is up to date. You can do this at http://www.uk2.net/domains.shtml.
To start the transfer of the .uk domain name from UK2.net to 123-reg.co.uk you will need to visit http://amail.co.uk/moveaway.htm.
Enter the domain name that you want to move, then the password, and click the ‘Update Now’ button.
Scroll down until you see the box "Enter Tucows domain". In this box, type in the domain name you want to transfer. Then click the ‘Update Now’ button.
Complete the form with your password. As you are logged in, most of the boxes should already be filled in.
Click the ‘Payment Details’ button. Type in your card details, then click the ‘Continue’ button.
Contact the UK2.net support team to get your Auth Code.
Next you will need to order the domain transfer in your 123-reg control panel.
Next, go to 123-reg.co.uk
Enter the domain name you wish to transfer into the search box in your 123-reg control panel and order your transfer (you will need a 123-reg account).
